Orders placed between 01.11.2025 and 24.12.2025 can be returned or exchanged until 31.01.2026.
You return your shirt to us for free via our return portal.
If you received the shirt as a gift, please provide your own delivery address, email, and phone number so we can send it to you this time.
It is possible to return and exchange items for free at our store in Pilestræde. However, if you wish to exchange an item, it requires that the item you want to exchange for is in stock at the store. You can check the stock status under the specific item on the website.
It is NOT possible to return or exchange items purchased in the webshop at our department in Magasin. We also do not offer exchanges or returns for purchases made at Magasin.
Fortunately, we've made it easy for you to return items if you wish to exchange or get a refund 😊
- You can quickly and easily create your return via our return portal
- Once you have filled in the information about your order, you will receive a return label that you can print out and attach to the return package. If you don't have access to a printer, you can use the QR code sent to your email. The QR code is scanned at the parcel shop, where they will print the label for you.
- The package is delivered to the nearest GLS parcel shop. You will receive a confirmation email once your return/exchange has been processed 😉
Always remember to get a receipt when you drop off your package at the parcel shop!

If you wish to exchange your shirt for a different size, color, or model, it is free to use the return label you access in the return portal.
If you prefer to be refunded for the item(s), it costs 50 DKK to use the return label you access in the return portal.Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the money to be returned to your account, depending on your bank.
For payments made with Dankort, the money is typically refunded within 1-2 days. However, please note that it may take up to 30 days for purchases made with Mastercard.

Delivery
Customers residing in Denmark can expect to receive their new shirts within 1-2 business days after they are dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Note: During the Black Week campaign period, longer delivery times may occur (1-3 days)Customers residing outside Denmark can expect delivery times of 2-6 business days.
We ship with GLS. Delivery to the nearest parcel shop and business delivery is free.
We pack orders 365 days a year, but delivery days depend on the chosen carrier and delivery method.
GLS delivers to parcel shops Mon-Sat and to business addresses on weekdays.

Size & Fit
You can find your right size in the following ways:
1. Use our size calculator. Click on ‘Size guide’ on the product page and enter your age, weight, and height to get our recommendation.
2. Measure one of your current shirts/polos that you think fits well, and compare the measurements with our measurements on our Size Guide.
3. Choose the size you normally use. Many shirt brands have fits and sizes that are similar to each other. Therefore, as a rule of thumb, you should always choose the size you already know.
That is, if you are normally size 40 (M) slim fit, then choose the same with us: Slim Fit M (39-40).
4. Visit us physically. Stop by our Flagship Store at Pilestræde 52 or visit our shop-in-shop in Magasin Kgs. Nytorv on the 1st floor.
If the sleeves are too long, you might consider our shorter version, which is offered in Slim Fit & Contemporary Fit in selected sizes. This fit has sleeves and body length that are approximately 3 cm shorter than our standard model.

Our Slim Extra Long models are 4 cm longer in sleeve and body length.
Additionally, we offer a shorter version available in Slim Fit & Contemporary Fit in selected sizes. This is 3 cm shorter than our standard version in sleeve and body length.Slim Fit: Our tailored fit that suits the slim and/or average-built man.
Super Slim Fit: Our most form-fitting style. Suitable for the slim and athletic man.
Slim Fit Extra Long: The same fit as our Slim Fit, but with an additional +4 cm in both sleeve and body length.
Slim Fit Short: The same fit as our Slim Fit, but with -3 cm in both sleeve and body length.
Contemporary Fit: The fit with more room around the chest and stomach. The shirt is still tailored. This fit is for the gentleman or the man who appreciates more comfort.
The primary difference between Slim Fit and Contemporary Fit is the width of the chest and stomach.
Generation 4
Generation 4 represents a radically different structure of our supply chains.
In contrast to Generation 3, which was built on conventional Cotton, Generation 4 is exclusively based on some of the rarest and most exclusive Cotton in the world - namely extra-long staple Giza Cotton. Cotton that makes up less than 0.1% of the cotton market.
Yes, in our new Generation 4 shirts, we exclusively use organically certified cotton.
The majority of our cotton is grown in fields around the fertile Nile Delta in northern Egypt and is of the Giza cotton type. Giza cotton is known for its extra-long cotton fibers, as well as other more technical advantages.
Yes, all our shirts and polos are made from 100% organic cotton.
However, there may be differences in origin and technical parameters depending on the type of fabric.With Generation 4, we have reduced the CO2 footprint by almost 50%. Something we are incredibly proud of.
We have reduced transport distances by more than 2/3, but the majority of the CO2 savings come from now using organic Giza cotton, which emits significantly less CO2 per kg during the growing period. This is partly due to the natural water resource from the Nile Delta that irrigates the cotton fields.

Compared to conventional cotton, organically grown cotton emits significantly fewer greenhouse gases than conventional production (source).
Organic GOTS-certified cotton is grown alongside crops that, in addition to the sale of the cotton, can feed the farmers, and there are requirements to frequently rotate crops to prevent soil depletion.
Environmentally harmful pesticides and artificial fertilizers are prohibited in organic farming, which benefits both the water environment and soil quality.
Organic certified cotton is subject to strict requirements for cultivation, working conditions, and processing of the cotton.
Yes, our cardboard boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard/paper. We have also made them lighter, which ensures a significant reduction in the overall CO2 footprint of the boxes.
Synthetic fibers include oil-based fibers such as polyester, nylon, spandex, lycra, etc. Typically, the production of these fibers is extremely energy-intensive.
Why does BARONS care so much about not using synthetic fibers in their shirts? It's because all textiles that are used repeatedly will, over time, wear out and lose some of their mass. This means that parts of the textile end up as microplastics in the environment, either from washing or from contact with various surfaces.
We generally don't like microplastics in nature - that's why we choose the natural alternative, even though it's a bit more complicated and costly.
Our products are OEKO-TEX 100 certified by the Danish Technological Institute, meaning they are tested free from harmful chemicals to people and the environment.
Additionally, the production meets the SteP standards.
