250,000 DKK donation to children affected by illness in Denmark
In Christmas 2022, we set ourselves an ambitious goal. We wanted to raise 250,000 DKK for children in Denmark affected by illness and vulnerability.
It succeeded!
The donation has now been transferred to the non-profit children's foundation CoolUnite, which works to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and sick children and their families. This is achieved through experiences, community, and developmental initiatives.
About CoolUnite
The CoolUnite Foundation aims to support, develop, and strengthen vulnerable, sick, and disadvantaged children. The foundation creates positive experiences and contributes to improving the children's daily lives.
CoolUnite works to provide disadvantaged and sick children with positive experiences and help make everyday life easier for these children. The foundation makes donations to other organizations with charitable or otherwise beneficial purposes that align with the goals of the CoolUnite Foundation.

The amount from White Month goes entirely to the CoolUnite Foundation.
It is CoolUnite that selects which specific projects they support with the funds.
CoolUnite works hard to make a difference for the children who need it the most.
In their work, they focus on supporting, developing, and empowering these children affected by illness and those at risk, as well as providing them with experiences that can offer a break from an often harsh and challenging daily life.
They particularly focus on the following support projects:
- The two children's and youth hospices in Denmark (Lukashuset and Strandbakkehuset)
- Ønskelands Pausehus (a place for families with chronically and seriously ill children)
- Barnets Blå Hus (for children of substance abusers)
- Børnehuset SIV (institution for children with weakened immune systems).
