Organic cotton of the absolute world-class

In all our business shirts, we use only 100% organic extra-long staple (ELS) Giza cotton. The cotton is certified, free from recycled plastic, and in the top 0.1% of the world's cotton fibers.

Organic cotton from Egypt
We use only organic Giza cotton from the fields near the Nile Delta in Egypt. The natural water resource from the Nile allows us to produce without using synthetic pesticides or GMO seeds.
Comfort – without plastic
To enhance comfort, we use a special weaving technique that gives the shirt 10-15% natural stretch. All without adding synthetic plastic fibers.
Cotton is not just cotton
When it comes to cotton, it's incredibly simple. The longer the fibers, the longer the shirt lasts. That's why we only use 100% organic extra-long staple Giza cotton, also known as "ELS cotton," which represents the top 0.1% of the global cotton market.

Synthetic fibers. No thanks.

As a responsible company, we would never dream of adding non-biodegradable synthetic fibers such as elastane, lycra, spandex, polyester, etc., to our shirts.

There are actually natural alternatives to achieve the same stretchability, but plastic is the easy, cheap, and polluting method. All textiles that are used repeatedly will lose some of their mass over time.

This means that parts of the textile end up in the environment, either from washing or from contact with various surfaces. We don't like microplastics; therefore, we choose the natural alternative, even though it is a bit more challenging and costly.

CO2 Footprint

What gets measured gets managed

We are proud that with Generation 4, we have reduced the CO2 footprint of our shirts by almost 50%. This is among the absolute lowest in our industry. Therefore, we have taken a very big step, but we expect to find further optimizations in the future.

Business shirts in 100% organic cotton.

Italian fabrics
The first generation of BARONS shirts consisted of the two models: The Consultant and The CEO. They were produced from fabrics by the respected Italian textile supplier Albini Group.
BARONS signature fabric launches
In the spring of 2017, we introduced the second generation – The first shirts produced in our proprietary signature fabric. At the same time, we introduced a new fit, Contemporary fit, which we still have. Over the following two years, we also introduced The Lawyer and The Founder to the product range.
Introducing Natural Stretch
In all our proprietary fabric types, we have introduced a new textile technology. We call it 'Natural Stretch', which means the fabric is more flexible and comfortable—without adding synthetic fibers. Additionally, both The CEO & The Consultant have been continuously refined with a new fusing technology. A sealing method that ensures no lint can accumulate between the three fabric layers that hold the buttons and buttonholes in a shirt. Your white shirt should remain completely white, wash after wash.
100% organic cotton
Generation 4 is our biggest innovation to date. Unlike Generation 3, which was built on conventional cotton, Generation 4 is exclusively based on some of the rarest and most exclusive cotton in the world - namely extra-long staple Giza cotton. The cotton represents the top 0.1% of the cotton market.
The Shirt. Timelessly refined.
In the future, we will further focus on reducing the carbon footprint of even the smallest components such as buttons, thread, and packaging. Additionally, we will continue to focus on increasing the share of renewable energy sources among our subcontractors. We do not yet have the perfect solution – but we are working on finding it.

Helt igennem lækker skjorte

Jeg har snart en hel del Barons skjorter, de er top kvalitet, både materialer og syning. Samtidigt er skjorterne super hurtige at stryge. Jeg køber slim og short version. Jeg kunne ønske mig ærmer var en anelse smallere, men det er en detalje. Denne Navy farvede er super cool og går perfekt i mange sammenhænge. Jeg vil også godt rose Barons for deres emballage og service. Man er i gode hænder hele vejen rundt!

Bedste på markedet

The Driver er uden tvivl den bedste uld-overshirt, jeg har ejet. Jeg har haft mange forskellige gennem årene, men den her skiller sig klart ud.

CEO skjorten er den bedste skjorte til dato

Jeg har prøvet en del skjorter efterhånden, men CEO versionen er den bedste jeg har prøvet, og det gælder både Barons og andre mærker. Materialet gør den nem at stryge og man kan nemt tørre spildte madvarer af igen. Skjorten er til den tykke side og kan måske være et problem, hvis du har tendens til let at svede. Fungerer perfekt for mig.
