Customer Service

All orders and all contact are handled by our customer service team, which you can always contact at customer@barons.dk

Our customer service is open on all weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Delivery and Shipping

For orders placed before 5:00 PM, your order is usually packed and dispatched the same day - 365 days a year. However, this does not apply to items where it is indicated that it is a special order item with a longer delivery time.

Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 business days after dispatch of the order. All Danish orders are sent with GLS or Burd. All items are delivered while stocks last.
NOTE: There may be extended delivery (1-3 days) during the Black Week campaign period from 21-11-2025 to 1-12-2025.

Extended Return
Orders placed between 18.11.2025 and 10.12.2025 can be returned or exchanged until Sunday, 11.01.2026.

If a package is not picked up within the carrier's pickup deadline and is therefore returned to us, an administration fee of 50 kr is charged. This fee covers our costs associated with handling the package and is charged whether the package is to be resent or refunded.

When ordering both stock items and items listed as special order items, we reserve the right to send the order partially or together when the special order items are in stock.

RESERVATIONS ARE MADE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ERRORS, AND PRICE CHANGES.

Changing or canceling your order

You can change your order by contacting us at customer@barons.dk, provided the order has not been packed or dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has been dispatched, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see below for more information on the right to cancel.

Without being obligated to compensate you or otherwise cover expenses, we have the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations:

- if an unforeseen error occurs, such as a payment error,
- if your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect,
- if we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in connection with criminal activities    

We will do everything we can to resolve any issue that may arise and will keep you informed throughout the process, as well as notify you before we cancel your order. If your order is canceled, we will refund any payment you have made with us without incurring additional costs to you.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs.

The total price you accept when placing an order is the amount that will be deducted from your account when your order is shipped. The amount is not deducted until we have processed and shipped your order.

The communication between you and our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Since our payment system is managed by Altapay, they are also the only ones who have access to your payment data.

Right to Cancel (Right of Withdrawal) 

You have the right to cancel a purchase within the first 30 days after receipt if you are not a member of BARONS Club. However, if you are a member of BARONS Club, you have a full 100-day return policy.

For products purchased via our Archive Store, a return period of 14 days applies – regardless of whether you are a member of BARONS Club or not.

The right of return requires that the product is not damaged, has not been washed, and is returned in the same condition as when you received it.

If the return period expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, a Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, you have at least until the following business day to return your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can follow the return guide included with your package.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product(s), or until you have provided documentation that the product(s) have been returned.

Gift Card

If a gift card is to be exchanged for cash, a fee of 25 kr. per gift card is charged. This fee is deducted from the gift card's value upon payout and covers the administration of the gift card payout.

Return

If you wish to exchange one or more items for a different size, color, or model, we offer free exchanges. To return or exchange an item, you must send it back within 30 days of receipt if you are not a member of the BARONS Club. However, if you are a member of the BARONS Club, you have a full 100-day return policy.

If you wish for a refund, you can use our return label, which costs 50 kr. to use. The amount will be deducted from your refund and covers the return shipping. The return label is free if you choose an exchange. You can find the return label by creating your return on our website. Note that this service does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, where the customer must cover the return costs themselves.

Alternatively, you can choose to return the item on your own and cover the shipping costs yourself. Note that in this case, you are still responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed, and the risk for the item transfers to you upon receipt. Remember to get a receipt for the delivery of the package.

Once we have received and checked the returned items to ensure they meet the return conditions, we will deduct 50 kr. from the original amount if our return label was used. Note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. The amount will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the return conditions are not met, we will contact you via email.

Complaint or defect
In the case of a defective product or an inconsistency – for example, if the product was damaged during transport to you – we deeply apologize and ask you to contact us immediately. It is important that you can clearly describe the issue/defect. If your complaint is accepted by our customer service, we will refund the full purchase price and all transportation costs.

Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks before you see the credit on your account.

 

Errors and defects 

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, which means you have a 24-month warranty. This means you can either have one or more defective products replaced, get a refund, or a reduction in the purchase price depending on the specific situation. Your warranty only applies to defects in the product(s) that were present at the time of delivery, and not to faults that have arisen due to incorrect use.

You must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the defect or deficiency has been discovered.

If you have a complaint regarding defects in your received products, including damage occurring during transport, please notify us within a reasonable period from the time the defect was identified by sending an email to our customer service at customer@barons.dk

Please note that the above right to claim defects and deficiencies may expire before 2 years after you have purchased the product if the product is not made to last at least 2 years, or if it has been used outside of ordinary use.

Claims of defects and deficiencies only apply to products that fall under the definitions for such under Danish law. For more, see www.forbrug.dk.

 

Disputes

For any disputes regarding barons.dk, its agreements, or purchases made here, Danish law applies and must be handled by a Danish court unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.

 

Privacy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card, or personal data to any third party without your prior permission. Other

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have an approved credit card.

You can find information about your previous orders by logging into your profile (see the top of the website).

We recommend that you check your order before placing it. Before placing your order, it is possible to correct the information you have provided us, such as billing and delivery address. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a summary of the order you have just placed.

We store your order and order confirmation so that you can receive a copy at any time by contacting us.
