Returns and Exchanges
At BARONS, we have made it easy and hassle-free for you to return items, whether you want to exchange the product or cancel your purchase.
For exchanges, return shipping – through our return portal – is always free, so you can find the perfect fit without extra costs. If you prefer a personal exchange, we are always ready to assist you in our physical store at Pilestræde 52.
If you cancel your purchase and want a refund, we charge a shipping fee of 50 kr. when using our return portal.
You have the right to return new, unused items within 30 days – and if you are a member of the BARONS Club, you get a full 100-day return policy! Note that for products purchased in our Archive Store, a return policy of 14 days applies, member or non-member.
Please be aware that if the item shows signs of use that reduce its value, the return policy is void.

Gifts (RETURN): Click on start return and select 'Return a gift'.
It is possible to return and exchange items for free at our store in Pilestræde. However, if you wish to exchange an item, it requires that the item you want to exchange for is in stock at the store. You can check the stock status under the specific item on the website.
It is NOT possible to return or exchange items purchased in the webshop at our department in Magasin. We also do not offer exchanges or returns for purchases made at Magasin.
If you have received a product as a gift, please follow the instructions below:
1. Create your shipping label for free via this link.
2. You will receive your shipping label, which you can print out and attach to the package. Note, you have the option to download a QR code, which you can simply have scanned at the parcel shop, and they will print your shipping label for you instead.
3. Please print and fill out your return form regarding your exchange or refund. We ask you to provide your own delivery address, email, and phone number directly on the return form, so we can send the item to you this time.
4. Your package must be delivered to the nearest GLS parcel shop – Always remember to get a receipt for your delivery.
5. As soon as we have received your return package, your return will be processed.
