How should the shirt fit?

Lay the shirt flat with the buttons closed. Measure the chest 1 cm below the armhole.
Waist
Lay the shirt flat with the buttons closed. The waist measurement is taken at the narrowest point of the shirt, typically around the 3rd button from the bottom.
Sleeve
Measure from the outermost point of the shoulder to the bottom of the sleeve.
Length
Turn the shirt with the back facing up. Measure from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the shirt.
